Kaz discovered Pilates in 1998 and quickly fell in love with the original method. Driven by a deep curiosity, Kaz pursued extensive studies in anatomy and physiology and the history of classical Pilates. She went on to complete training in the original Pilates Mat method, Reformer Pilates and finally the full repertoire in Studio Pilates. After much practice and self mastery, Kaz successfully completed a government accredited diploma in Professional Pilates with ITC.
Kaz is equipped with a high level of proficiency to teach Pilates repertoire for all ages and abilities.
Previously Kaz worked as a Personal Trainer and massage therapist . She has also worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant for the MS Society and most recently has been teaching Hydrotherapy for The Arthritis Society of WA.
Passionate about making Pilates accessible to everyone, Kaz specialises in one-on-one and small group training, catering to individuals of all abilities and at every stage of life. The goal is to help clients enjoy movement, experience the benefits of Pilates, regardless of their starting point or fitness level. Kaz is dedicated to guiding clients with personalised attention, enhancing their well-being, and supporting their progress.
