If you have answered yes to these questions, then this program is designed for you. Run and overseen by dual Olympics and commonwealth gold medallist Mr Graeme Brown OAM, this program runs for 6, 12 and 18 weeks depending on your requirement and foundation.

The program is designed specifically for those who are serious about their performance and have aspiration of achieving the best and being the best they can be, regardless of age, gender or goals.

The program is a holistic program composed of:

  • Strength and conditioning designed for Cyclists
  • Skills training
  • Hills ride training (uphill and downhill)
  • Sprint training
  • Cornering
  • TTT training
  • Watts, heart rate, endurance and output monitoring

This is a unique and exceptional program being delivered by one of the very best in WA.
