Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a condition that occurs due to repetitive stress on the wrist and elbow, often from activities that involve wrist extension and gripping. While it is commonly associated with playing tennis, it can also be caused by other activities such as carpentry, weightlifting, boxing, and more.

Treatment for tennis elbow may include offloading the overworked muscles with taping or bracing, muscle and tendon recovery with shockwave therapy, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), and strength exercises when appropriate. At PPI, we have a diverse range of treatment options to help you recover from this condition and return to peak performance.
