Julian Eaton - Strength Coach

Mr Julian Eaton

Julian has a strong passion for the fitness industry, specifically strength and conditioning. With over 12 years of gym experience and a wide range of knowledge over multiple sporting codes, Julian has been helping both men and women of all fitness levels and ages accomplish their health and fitness goals.

Julian has played numerous sports at a highly competitive level throughout his 20s and over that time developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2017, he took a break from sport and focused on bodybuilding. In his first 2 years of competition, he won 2 state titles and finished in the top 5 nationally.

He is a strong believer in not only training your body physically, but also mentally. A strong mind is the best foundation in any sport. Both the knowledge of playing multiple sports as well as using different exercises to build the ideal physique in bodybuilding, Julian is able to manipulate exercises to maximise efficiency of training, whilst minimizing the impacts on the body. The ability to use various techniques and training styles, he is able to not only work around previous injuries or niggles, but to rehabilitate and strengthen problem areas of his clients.

His love for sport mixed with his passion for bodybuilding is the reason his training styles and methods are ideal for people not only wanting to improve on performance, but to also assist in the rehabilitation of injuries and put the correct systems in place to avoid on- going issues.
